Description
We are looking for a Real Property Supervisor!
The purpose of this classification is to perform supervisory and administrative work overseeing staff, coordinating daily operations, reviewing data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and providing customer service support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Associate’s degree and four years of appraisal or related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, and Georgia Department of Revenue Appraiser 3 certification.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- • Supervises and evaluates assigned staff, including directing work, resolving employee concerns, providing coaching, and completing performance appraisals.
• Plans, assigns, and monitors work activities; establishes schedules and performance standards; and reviews completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Provides responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Reviews and analyzes operational data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Evaluates outcomes and key metrics to support informed decision-making and ensure quality control.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and audit requirements by reviewing and validating data and processes.
• Coordinates with leadership and cross-functional teams to support projects, meet deadlines, and achieve organizational objectives.
• Supports staff development by facilitating training, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning opportunities.
