Floyd County Drug Court is looking for a Case Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:
Supports individuals in a structured treatment court program by coordinating services, monitoring progress, and promoting long-term recovery and stability.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct participant intake, assessments, and develop individualized case plans addressing treatment, housing, employment, education, and recovery needs.
• Monitor participant progress, compliance, and program phase advancement; address barriers to stability.
• Facilitate referrals to treatment, medical, vocational, educational, and community resources.
• Track attendance, participation, and compliance with court requirements; prepare reports for multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support participants during court sessions and conduct drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with confidentiality and program standards.
• Respond to participant crises, coordinating with clinical providers, supervision personnel, and emergency services as needed.
• Promote engagement in recovery support services and maintain collaborative relationships with community stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of case management or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
